Kawaii-kon hawaii first anime conventions

Oh my lord i just had a anime convention last weekend Apirl 22-24, 2005!! my god we have overy 1,800 people attending our first anime convention here in hawaii !! i never expected to see that many people for first year ~_~ i expected to see at least 500 people attending , Boy we were worng .
During this 3 day weekend at ala mona hotel i had so much fun , i stayed at the hotel with my friend . But to tell you truth i have a feeling she wasnt having fun even tho i ask her so many time she said she did but thats Bull shit , I know she was lying to the neeting greeedy i was trying to make her comfortable but she spent most of her time at the con in the hotel room .
She complanes she has her period and got the cramps . well anyway on Firday i went to the hotel to check in but i freaking forgot my ID soo i called up my mom and ask her if someone come down to the hotel and get my ID.
Sure enough my sister came about half an hour !! then i got problem with the fornt desk. But after all that drama i did have fun i took picture of alot of good cosplayer !! i even seen a few people who cosplay a gaia character ^_^ . We have alot of actived Pannle room , Video game showing , Anime showing , Dances and AMV ( animted muisc video teh awsome if may say !!!). Our guest was Kaveh Kardan , Voice actors Monica Rial, Jennifer Sekiguchi , and ADV films DVD proucder Daivd Williams and last but not least our special Guest panelist Layne Luna and Jakcie Luna .
The Lunas are from Hilo Hawaii they Make and cosutme maker they make costume for putting up show like Kikidamania live action event and kikaida borther live stage show they do here in hawaii aslo on the main land too . There costume are awsome they even held a panel about Fabricated and making mask . I even got some of the guest autographics .
Then that 3 days someone dress up as a domo- kun characther she was soo cute if i have 2 say !! she even play DDR with that costume aslo she was Really good . I work at the con i was one of the staff ; i work about over 16 hours in the dealer room but i did have breaks to see some pannels and i aslo brought some really cool anime stuff like wallscolls , mangas, poster , keychain ect.
I havent got any sleep well i did have a few hours of sleep !! but i did have fun , Tho i regetted not cospalying !! gahh i drop out of cosplay this year because of family and money problem . Well anyway am going to cosplay next year !!!.
Next Year con will be big we going to have more room and more guest for now we have Voice actor Vic Mignonga coming and some manga artist form clamp mangas . I am going to ask the dirctors of kawaii kon to bring Scott Mcneil and the rest of Ocean group stuido Voice actor that will be great !! lol .
Well i did have fun and i cant wait tell next year oh yeah on kawaii kon message board we have over 15000 artices and about 40 people was posting all day today thats soo neat man !!
